Yet this I call to mind, and therefore I have HOPE...Because of the Lord's great love, we are not consumed!

I'M DONE!!!!!!

Monday, February 26, 2007

Man, I wish it was this summer already. I need to get away.

Thursday, February 15, 2007

We haven't been able to close our refrigerator door for over a week. It will not close. I think it has something to do with the hinges, or the fact that it's super ghetto. Even more ghetto is the fact that to keep it closed, we have to push a random heavy chair against it. This makes it difficult for Roommate Amanda, who is on crutches at the moment, to get food, and it makes it difficult for everyone else not to lose their temper and throw the refrigerator out the window.

I wish stuff like that really happened...

Speaking of ghetto things, I saw Chili, my car (not my nickname...you guys have made it abundantly clear that it will NOT be my nickname...except for Dustin. Thank you, Dustin) on an old episode of "Lost" last night. I got super excited. She is famous.

Emily got me a 225-puzzle crossword puzzle book, entitled "Your Favorite Crossword Puzzles: Hours of Puzzle Fun for the Whole Family." And hours of fun for all of us it will be indeed.

I'm sorry that I haven't updated this in a long time. I feel bad about it, mostly because I love reading xangas and I've been frustrated with everyone else for not updating as regularly as they used to!

Things are well. I have a break this week from classes, then I start a new batch of classes the next week. I'm taking three classes in the "Spring 2" quarter, which is a pretty full load for graduate school. I'm looking forward to it, though, because these might be the very last college classes I'll ever have in my life. Cool.

I'm getting excited for this summer, working at Centrifuge. It's going to be such a great opportunity to just go out there and do something, during perhaps the last free summer I'll have in a long, long time, so I'm really looking forward to it. In addition, I have total, absolute confidence that I am going to be exactly where God wants me to be, which is supremely comforting as well.

I eat a lot. That hasn't changed.

I've become pretty obsessed with both "Lost" and "Heroes." I've been watching "Lost" on a semi-regular basis with a group of people who are all inexplicably trying to watch the first, second, and third seasons in order to catch up with the current shows in the series. We'll probably finally catch up by next season, which is the fourth. Why are we doing this? I have no idea. But it's wonderful. I've staying very current with "Heroes," however, which is perhaps one of my favorite shows EVER. If you haven't seen it, check it out! You can catch up on most of the episodes on nbc.com. It's amazing.

I have a lot of free time now that I've taken my CPA exam. I'm still waiting to get my results, and I most likely failed at least a few sections, which means I have to take them over, but not now! I'm done studying for that monster for a while! In my free time, I like to do crossword puzzles, watch season 2 of "Arrested Development" on DVD, clean the kitchen, listen to music, buy too many songs on iTunes, talk to Emily, and feel guilty for having free time.

I'm excited to see what God's going to do with my life beyond this summer. I think it'll be interesting.

I love you guys. Let's hang out.
